Paper Publication

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind review process to assess originality, technical quality, research contributions, and clarity. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Presentation of the accepted paper at the conference is a mandatory requirement for publication.

Paper Submission

To submit a paper, there are some requirements to consider:

  • The paper should be aligned with the conference themes.
  • Prepare your paper based on IEEE Conference format. Click on IEEE Conference Template to download the paper template.
  • The Paper must be submitted using the IEEE Conference Template in MS Word format.
  • The paper should not exceed 8 pages, utilizing two columns and adhering to the IEEE template for references.
  • The paper must be submitted through conference website (online submission)
  • Only papers written in English will be accepted.
  • The paper must pass a similarity test, with a maximum similarity score of 25%.
  • The paper should not have been previously published in any journal or conference in any form.

The following are required for acceptance of papers:

  • Implement necessary revisions as advised by the technical committee.
  • Obtain final approval from the technical committee for the paper.
  • Sign the intellectual property agreement.
  • Pay the registration fees.
  • Accepted and English-written paper is published on the IEEE Xplore website after presenting the paper during the conference day (virtually). This is considered a fundamental condition for paper publication.

  • Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.
  • For each accepted paper, at least one author must register before the registration deadline.
  • Students are requested to submit a valid Student ID during the online registration.
  • IEEE Member should submit evidence of membership.
